Refund policy

Warranty

  • All Shred Ops apparel and accessories are warranted against defects in material or workmanship for 60 days from the date of delivery.
  • Warranty is only valid with proof of purchase from shred-ops.com. The warranty program does not cover any defects due to improper fit.

 

Returns & Exchanges

  • If you are not 100% satisfied with your purchase, you can return your order for a full refund within thirty (30) days from the date of delivery. The returned items must be in resalable condition: unworn, unused, unwashed and in the original packaging with all original tags attached.

(For hygienic reasons, we cannot accept returns on Hats or Beanies)

  • Once your return is received and inspected by our team, your refund will be processed and automatically applied to your original method of payment within 7 business days. The amount refunded excludes any outbound shipping paid on the original purchase.

Return Authorization Required: To initiate a return, you can contact us at Shred.ops.supply@gmail.com with your order number (or receipt or proof of purchase) for a Return Authorization Number (RAN). Returns without a valid RAN will not be accepted. Please note that returns will need to be sent to the following address: 19266 Coastal Highway, Unit 4-1059, Rehoboth Beach, Delaware 19971.

Buyer Responsibility: Customers are responsible for return shipping costs. A 20% restocking fee will be deducted from the refund amount.

Item Condition: Returned items must be in original condition—unworn, unwashed, with original tags and packaging intact. Items that do not meet these criteria will not be eligible for refund.

Refunds: Once the returned item is received and inspected, eligible refunds will be issued to the original payment method, minus shipping and restocking fees. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.

Exchanges

Due to the custom print-on-demand nature of our products, we cannot offer exchanges. The best way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.

 

Exceptions / non-returnable items

Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards. ALL INTERNATIONAL SALES ARE FINAL.

Damages and issues

  • Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
  • We will offer a replacement or refund in the following cases:

o   The product received is materially defective (e.g., misprint, damage during production).

o   The product received does not match the item ordered (e.g., wrong size, color, or design).

  • To request a replacement or refund, simply:

o   Submit a claim within 7 days of delivery.

o   Include your order number and clear photos of the issue.

  • Claims will be reviewed by our fulfillment team. Approved claims will be resolved via reprint or refund.
