Q: How long does it take to process my order?

A: Most orders shred through our system within 2–4 business days. Custom gear or limited drops may take longer—because precision takes time.

Q: Do you offer international shipping?

A: Yes. If your country supports freedom and caffeine, we probably ship there. Duties and taxes are on you, warrior.

Q: Can I change or cancel my order?

A: Once your order hits the ops queue, it’s locked and loaded. If you catch us before that, we’ll do our best to intercept.

Q: What kind of print method do you use?

A: Our DTF prints are engineered for a soft-hand feel and reduced gloss—designed to echo the tactile richness of vintage screen prints without the stiffness or plastic sheen common in standard transfers. While not identical to traditional screen printing, our finish offers a breathable, flexible texture that complements the garment rather than sitting on top of it. It’s a deliberate balance between durability, comfort, and visual impact.

Q: Are your shirts pre-shrunk?

A: Our blanks are battle-tested for minimal shrinkage. Wash cold, hang dry, and they’ll stay mission-ready.

Q: Do you offer custom sizing or tall cuts?

A: Not yet—but we’re listening. Drop us a line if you need gear that fits like armor.

Drops & Inventory

Q: Do you restock sold-out items?

A: Sometimes. But most drops are limited-run and never return. If you see it, snag it. Hesitation kills.

Q: How do I get notified about new drops?

A: Subscribe to the Shred Signal (our email list) or follow us on socials. We don’t spam—we deploy.

Q: Can I request a custom graphic for my event or idea?

A: Absolutely. If you have a special event or a concept you want brought to life, we can design a custom graphic and list it on the site for a limited time so you and others can order it while it’s available.

Q: I love one of your designs, but I want it on a different product. Can you do that?

A: Yes! If you see a graphic you like but want it on a different item—like a hoodie instead of a tee—just reach out. We can build that product and make it available on the site for you to order.

Q: How long will custom graphics stay available?

A: Custom listings are typically available for a set window (usually 1–2 weeks), depending on your timeline and the nature of the event. We’ll confirm the details when we set it up.

Q: Can I order just one item with a custom graphic?

A: Yes, single-item orders are welcome. No minimums required.

Q: What’s the turnaround time for custom requests?

A: Most custom graphics are designed and listed within 2–5 business days, depending on complexity and workload. Rush options may be available.
